Shipping Policy
How prescription shipments are processed after clinician approval.
Approval required before shipping
Nothing ships until a licensed clinician reviews your medical intake and approves treatment. Submitting an assessment, adding a product to the cart, or placing an order does not guarantee a prescription or shipment.
Processing after approval
After approval, the prescription is sent to [[PHARMACY_LEGAL_NAME - client to supply]], a state-licensed compounding pharmacy, for fulfillment. Processing time varies based on prescription review, pharmacy workload, address verification, product availability, temperature requirements, weekends, holidays, and carrier pickup schedules.
Packaging and carriers
Medications ship in plain, discreet, unbranded packaging. Cold-chain handling or insulated packaging is used where applicable based on the medication and pharmacy instructions. Shipments may be sent by common carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or another pharmacy-selected carrier. Typical transit windows vary by destination and carrier service.
Delays, loss, damage, or warm packages
If a package is delayed, lost, damaged, missing items, or arrives warm when temperature control was expected, contact support@cuorahealth.com promptly with your order reference and photos if available. The care team may coordinate with the pharmacy and carrier to determine whether replacement, reshipment, or another remedy is appropriate.
Address changes
Confirm your shipping address before placing an order and before each refill. Shipments cannot be redirected once dispatched. If an address is incorrect after dispatch, contact the carrier and support@cuorahealth.com, but successful rerouting is not guaranteed.
Cuora Health does not provide medical advice through this website. Compounded medications are not approved by the FDA for safety or effectiveness. Prescriptions are issued only when a licensed clinician determines treatment is appropriate. Individual results vary.
